I just read this tidbit on my feed and it is regarding about print on demand by a scientist at California. Science books are always published so rapidly that seeing this news is a little bit of a relief.  There is also a  Youtube video to see the process of what the scientist did.

University of Minnesota’s release of an Assignment Calculator

This is a neat little gadget that the Library at the University of Minnesota released. Pretty nifty with quickly outlining a general assignment into doable chunks. At the bottom of the page, there’s a link to download the open sourced program at SourgeForce.com. Pretty helpful for academic libraries to know about.
