This morning I attended a staff training event at the NYPL, in regards about networking the smart way with Liz Lynch as host. The tips she gave are things I have encountered in the past before, but am trying to gain some confident to utilize it effectively.
Still searching for a job, trying to feel my way around job postings. Not much luck, and with grad school for MLS ending for me soon. I find myself grasping, and seeing if I am up to par. The economy is not good now, but I am optimistic that I will find a job.
NYLA’s coming soon, so I am pretty excited for that.
